The main goal of the association is the development of projects/programmes supporting the economic, social, educational, cultural, ecological and tourism development. The NGO considers the active involvement in finding solutions for the society problems and in developing the activities characterized by the ideological or administrative priorities of the European Union. It aims to develop strong relations with the governmental organisms/local authorities and the decision makers from the area to support a balanced climate, favourable to the economic and social development.

Training sessions in Project Management

AISSER Calarasi association organized the Project Management courses under the Young Project Manager in CBC area code ROBG 146, funded under the program INTERREG V-A Romania - Bulgaria, Priority Axis 4 "A Qualified and Inclusive Region". This event took place from 24-28 April 2018 at the Queen restaurant in Calarasi. The participants were 25 young people from Calarasi, students from "Mihai Eminescu" Theoretical High School, "Barbu Stirbei" National College, Stefan Banulescu College and Economic College.
The lecturers who lead students in project management are Alina Maria Uricec and Adina Grigoroiu, 2 experienced trainers using PMI (Project Management Institute) standards. Using a PMI standard means teaching a course through a methodology that allows the participant to be familiar with all stages and concepts of Project Management.
Students have left with a bag of knowledge that will help them build a career in the future.

Training sessions in Project Management

Between 18th and 22nd of September, AISSER Calarasi Association, as a leader in the Young Project Manager in CBC project, organized in Drobeta-Turnu Severin the third training course in project management for young high school students from terminal classes.
It was intended for 25 high school students from the 11th and 12th grades who study at the following educational institutions in Drobeta-Turnu Severin: "Gheorghe Ţiţeica" National College, Ştefan Odobleja National Pedagogical College, "Şerban Cioculescu" Theoretical Lyceum, "Decebal" Technical College and "Mr. Tudor" Technical College.
In order to promote diversity among beneficiary pupils and to cover the largest number of Drobeta-Turnu Severin educational institutions, a selection was made of all enrolled youngsters, taking into account the averages obtained during the last school year, as well as extracurricular activities carried out.
The five-day training program was supported by two trainers with extensive experience in the field who used modern training methods using PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology, focusing on Practical exercises applied on working groups.
The topics discussed in the Project Management training course were: Concepts, Financing Opportunities, Content, Planning, Contracting, Public Procurement, Human Resources, Project Activities and Budget, as well as Managing Time and Risks.
The objective of organizing this training program was to develop the skills of youth project managers by deepening the knowledge of: the role of the project manager within the organization, by building scenarios for implementing the project, based on various possible assumptions; identification of material, human, financial resources and the need to justify their allocation; planning and organizing the project team, defining missions, objectives and responsibilities; methods to create a trustworthy framework and develop team cooperative behavior; risks and action plans; the tools used in project management; types of conflicts and methods to solve them; decision making variants.
Within the project management training session, by the end of this year, the AISSER Calarasi Association will also organize four courses in the counties of Craiova, Olt, Giurgiu and Teleorman.
After this stage of the courses, within the "Young Project Manager in CBC area" project, the AISSER Association will organize a camp in the summer of 2008 with the participation of 14 pupils from Romania and 16 pupils from Bulgaria (2 pupils each) from each county / district in the Romanian-Bulgarian cross-border area). The practice camp will run for 5 days in an attractive location that will be revealed at the right time.
In order to participate free of charge in this camp, interested students have to make an essay of up to 2 pages to say what is, in their view, the most important element for the success of the project and justify their choice. The material editing rules are as follows: Times New Roman font, font size - 12, spacing - 1 line spacing. Documents will be saved with the following name Name_Drobeta-Turnu Severin (where Name will be changed enviously with the name of each). Essays will be sent to e-mail addresses: office@aisser.ro and alinamaria.uricec@gmail.com. Additionally, besides attached documents, students will also upload a personal photo.
The deadline for submitting emails in the essay competition is October 27, 2018, 24:00. The two lecturers of the Project Management course will select the best 14 essays, the winning students being announced by email and telephone.

AISSER signs the first financing contract within Interreg V-A Romania Bulgaria

AISSER Calarasi signed on 18.08.2017 the financing contract Nr. 96604/18.08.2017 for Project "Young Project Manager in the CBC area", project code ROBG 146, implemented under the INTERREG V-A Romania Bulgaria Program. The project will be implemented for 2 years with the Eurointegra Association in Sofia, Bulgaria and the Alternative Danube Association in Belene, Bulgaria. The total amount of the budget is 656,665 Euros and the main activities are: 1. Project Management, 2. Information and promotion activities, 3. Organizing training sessions for pupils in each of the Districts in the cross-border area, 4. Developing a web portal (e-summerjobs.ro), 5. AISSER Calarasi Association signed the financing contract for the project "Row Adventure", a project financed under Interreg V-A Romania Bulgaria

The AISSER Calarasi Association signed on 13.08.2018 the financing contract No. 92988/13.08.2018 for Project "Row Adventure", project code ROBG 272, implemented within the INTERREG V-A Romania Bulgaria Program. The project will be implemented for 18 months with the ACTIS Club Sports Association in Romania and the Sports Club Association "Sport for me and you" in Bulgaria. The total amount of the budget is € 499,851.65. The main objective of the project is to create a new integrated tourist product for adventure tourists, ie kayaking and canoe trips for beginners, advanced, families and disabled people. The new tourist products will support the sustainable development of the region from an economic, cultural and social point of view. Details of the project acquisitions you find here.

AISSER Calarasi Association signed the financing contract for the project "Young Volunteers", a project financed under Interreg V-A Romania Bulgaria

AISSER Calarasi Association signed on 28.08.2018 the financing contract No. 97215/28.08.2018 for the "Young Volunteer" Project, project code ROBG 296, implemented under the INTERREG V-A Romania Bulgaria Program. The project will be implemented for 18 months together with the "Mihai Eminescu" Territorial High School in Romania, the "Sustainable Development and Prosperity" Foundation in Bulgaria and the "Vasil Levski" High School in Bulgaria. The total amount of the budget is 348,921.03 Euro. The project will develop the spirit of volunteering, especially among young people (high school students, 15-19 years) through the following mechanisms: life education, leadership experience, lifestyle, adult challenges.
